全人類ノ非想天則 (Zen-Jinrui no Hisoutensoku) is a Touhou Project vocal arrangement by the long-running doujin circle SOUND HOLIC, featuring vocalist 匠眞 (Shouma). The track originates from SOUND HOLIC's 2009 album 想 -OMOI- and stands out among Touhou arrangements in maimai for a key reason: its composition is not by series creator ZUN, but by U2 (あきやまうに), who co-composed the soundtrack for the fighting game 東方非想天則 ～ 超弩級ギニョルの謎を追え (Touhou 12.3). The arrangement was handled by panoman, with lyrics by Blue E and chorus vocals by longtime SOUND HOLIC regular Nana Takahashi. The song adapts "ぼくらの非想天則" (Our Hisoutensoku), the pre-battle theme from Touhou 12.3, into a driving, high-energy vocal track at 168 BPM. Its music video was produced by the illustrator 月見堂 (Tsukimi-do), whose distinctive visual style was already familiar to SOUND HOLIC fans from the circle's CD jacket artwork. The PV originally premiered on niconico and was later collected in the Touhou PVD compilation. In maimai, 全人類ノ非想天則 arrived with the GreeN version on October 3, 2013, and has remained accessible across all regions (Japan, International, USA, and China) ever since. Its EXPERT chart was designed by mai-Star, while the MASTER chart, by the charter known as 某S氏, carries a level 13 rating (difficulty constant 13.2) and has seen its assigned level climb over successive maimai versions as the game's overall difficulty ceiling expanded. The track later crossed over to SEGA's CHUNITHM series, debuting in CHUNITHM SUN in January 2023.
