The lyrics follow a hardworking girl tackling a week's worth of accumulated laundry, using the washing machine's spin cycle as a metaphor for resetting frustrations and rediscovering energy, all set to a disco-inflected beat. The music video was filmed at an actual coin laundry, featuring a rotating cast of IOSYS-affiliated dancers performing choreography among rows of washing machines, which later inspired a number of fan dance-cover uploads.
