月に叢雲華に風 is a Touhou Project vocal arrangement from the doujin music circle 幽閉サテライト (Yuuhei Satellite), reworking ラストリモート (Last Remote), the Extra Stage boss theme from 東方地霊殿 ～ Subterranean Animism (Touhou 11), into a full lyrical piece. The track brings together the circle's core creative team: lyrics by kamase-tora, arrangement by Iceon, production by 嵯峨飛鳥, and the distinctive vocals of senya, a long-time collaborator whose voice defines much of the circle's catalog. The music video was produced by 満福神社 (Mankitsu Shrine), a doujin animation studio known for high-quality Touhou fan works. Originally released as the title track on 幽閉サテライト's 2011 album of the same name, the song entered SEGA's rhythm game ecosystem via maimai PiNK PLUS on June 30, 2016. It was initially unlockable through the maiberry currency system (4,000 maiberry) before becoming available by default starting with the MURASAKi update in December 2016. The song later appeared in CHUNITHM AIR and オンゲキ, making it one of the more widely circulated Touhou arrangements across SEGA's arcade rhythm game lineup. In maimai, the song exists in two chart revisions. The original Standard charts, designed by Jack (Expert) and mai-Star (Master), date back to PiNK PLUS. A second set of DX charts was introduced alongside the maimai でらっくす hardware upgrade in July 2019, with Jack returning for Expert and サファ太 (Safata) taking on Master. The DX Master stands out for its aggressive use of Touch notes: 93 of its 433 total notes require the touch sensor, an unusually high density that gives the chart a tactile character distinct from its Standard predecessor. The maimai edit shortens the album version from over two minutes to 1:39, tightening the arrangement for arcade play.
