ひれ伏せ愚民どもっ！ (Hirefuse Gumin-domo!) is a Touhou Project arrange track by the doujin circle IOSYS that channels the imperious personality of Kaguya Houraisan, the immortal princess of the Bamboo Forest, through a high-energy fusion of electronic pop and rock. The song is based on 竹取飛翔 ~ Lunatic Princess, the Stage 6 boss theme from 東方永夜抄 ~ Imperishable Night (2004), reimagined by ARM (arrangement) with lyrics by 夕野ヨシミ and vocals by miko. Its blunt title translates to something like "Prostrate yourselves, you fools!", a direct command from Kaguya herself, a theme the lyrics drive home with theatrical repetition. The track first appeared at the 2007 博麗神社例大祭 (Hakurei Shrine Reitaisai) on the book-included CD 幻想メガ★ラバ, distributed by the circle PROJECT tM@S. It was later included in IOSYS's 2009 album 東方月灯籠セーフ！ before making its rhythm game debut in maimai PiNK PLUS on October 6, 2016. The maimai jacket was drawn fresh for the game rather than recycled from earlier releases. In the maimai series, the Master chart, designed by rioN, stands out for its dense slide-note patterns, packing 176 Slide notes into a 780-note total at a difficulty constant of 13.3. The Expert chart was designed by しろいろ. The song has seen its difficulty ratings revised upward across maimai versions, with the Master chart rising from level 11 at launch to its current level 13.
