No Routine is a high-energy eurobeat arrangement by the doujin circle A-One, built from two themes of Touhou Eiyashou ~ Imperishable Night: the final stage BGM Voyage 1969 and the Final A boss theme Millennium Fantasy Village ~ History of the Moon. The track was arranged by Youhei "DJ Command" Hiroshige, a founding member of A-One and a central figure in the Touhou eurobeat scene, with lyrics and vocals by Rute (Koshida Rute Takahito). It originally appeared on A-One's 2012 album TOHO EUROBEAT VOL.5 IMPERISHABLE NIGHT before arriving in both maimai PiNK PLUS and CHUNITHM AIR on October 6, 2016. The song's lyrics reference the Apollo 11 moon landing year, "宇宙を目指した1969" (Aimed for space, 1969), tying back to Voyage 1969's original thematic connection to lunar exploration. The maimai MASTER chart, designed by rioN, turns this lyric into a visual Easter egg: a slide pattern forming the number 69 unfolds at that exact moment. The chart is otherwise characterized by even-tap patterns tracking the synth line, slide "magic circles" that precede the chorus, and dense cross-screen movement. The EXPERT chart was designed by 某S氏 (Bou S shi) and sits at level 11. Over successive maimai versions, both charts received upward level revisions as the game's difficulty ceiling rose. Until maimai FiNALE, the in-game video featured a moving illustration of Eirin Yagokoro, the character most associated with the source themes, but this was replaced with a static jacket image beginning with maimai DX.
