KONNANじゃないっ！ (KONNAN-janai!) is the debut idol song of Haruka Sawamura from the Yakuza series, featured in Yakuza 5: Yume, Kanaeshi Mono. The track was composed and arranged by ZENTA, with lyrics penned by Ryosuke Horii, and performed by Rie Kugimiya in her role as Haruka's voice actress. The title plays on a Japanese double entendre, the homophone "こんなん" (konnan) can mean both "difficult" (困難) and "like this" (こんなん), giving the phrase "KONNANじゃないっ！" the dual reading of "It's not difficult!" and "I'm not like this!" The English localization of Yakuza 5 rendered it as "So much more!", capturing the aspirational spirit while letting the wordplay go. In the context of Yakuza 5, the song appears during a rhythm-game style performance segment where Haruka pursues her dream of becoming an idol. Multiple vocal arrangements exist within the game's soundtrack, including a duet with the fictional duo T-SET, a full ensemble mix with cheering background characters, and the solo version used in maimai. KONNANじゃないっ！ was added to maimai at the launch of maimai GreeN in July 2013, initially requiring 20,000 maimile to unlock. Starting with the ORANGE version (September 2014), it became available by default. Its in-game genre has shifted across maimai editions, originally classified as GAME, later as SEGA during the PiNK through FiNALE era, briefly as ORIGINAL at the start of でらっくす, and ultimately settling under GAME & VARIETY from でらっくす PLUS onward. The Master chart, designed by 譜面-100号, carries a level constant of 13.4 (current level 13) and has been adjusted several times across version updates, rising from an initial level 11 in GreeN.
