Endorfin. pairs composer and arranger sky_delta with vocalist Nakuru Aitsuki (藍月なくる), a duo whose collaborative work spans doujin circle releases and rhythm-game originals. The song arrived on May 28, 2021, as a milestone reward in the Sky Street Area 2 (スカイストリートちほー2) expedition system, players had to accumulate 156 km of distance to unlock it. The track carries narrative weight within maimai's original character lore. Its flavor text describes a nighttime scene between the characters Kohaku and Akatsuki: Kohaku is haunted by a recurring childhood dream whose elusive final words suddenly become clear, forcing her to confront suppressed memories. Akatsuki wordlessly takes her on a walk, and in watching his back she recalls the first time she saw him perform the kagura dance as a child, a memory that reframes their bond as time runs short. sky_delta's lyrics, sung by Aitsuki, echo these themes of fading connection, unspoken farewells, and the hope of eventual reunion, set to a brisk 185 BPM instrumental that balances driving energy with a plaintive, melodic core.
