R'N'R Monsta (読み: ロックンロールモンスター, "Rock 'n' Roll Monster") is a high-octane original composition by Lite Show Magic, a collaborative unit formed by two heavyweight BMS/doujin-scene producers: t+pazolite (Tomoyuki Hamada) and C-Show (Akira Michishita). The track pounds along at a relentless 220 BPM, a tempo that doubles as its in-game genre label ("220"), and delivers the signature aggressive electronic-rock sound its creators are known for. The song was originally commissioned for the ZENZA of Performai exhibition tournament, where it debuted during the final round of the KING of Performai 2019 event as the ONGEKI division's designated challenge piece. It first became playable in ONGEKI SUMMER PLUS before crossing over into maimai DX PRiSM on February 7, 2025. In maimai, the track was initially locked behind the ONGEKI Area 8 (オンゲキちほー8) progression system, requiring players to accumulate 650 km of travel distance, and became generally available from April 24, 2025 onward. The song carries no lyrics, its energy is carried entirely by its instrumental riff-driven arrangement. The MASTER chart, rated level 14 with a constant of 14.1, stands as the highest difficulty offering in the set and was co-designed by メロンポップ and Luxizhel, while the EXPERT chart (level 12.0) was handled by サファ太.
