- 緋色のDance originally appeared on 岸田教団＆THE明星ロケッツ's 2007 album 千夜一夜～Alf Layla wa Layla～, with lyrics and vocals by ichigo. The arrangement transforms ZUN's original piano-driven boss theme into a driving rock number at 155 BPM.
- The song was part of the Touhou Project collaboration lineup included in maimai ORANGE at launch, making it one of the earliest Touhou arrangements in the maimai series.
