Clocking in at a relentless 200 BPM, the song serves as a direct narrative and musical sequel to Caliburne ～Story of the Legendary sword～ (maimai ORANGE) and continues the group's loosely Arthurian-legend-themed series, which traces back to Arthur～once Upon a Time～ on the Grimoire of Emerald album. The track was first unveiled at JAEPO 2018 and arrived in maimai MiLK on February 20, 2018, as that version's inaugural Challenge Track, a limited-time unlock that required players to fulfill special conditions before it entered the general song pool on March 6. Its music video is dense with callbacks to earlier works in the series: a book inscribed with Arthur's title, a cameo by Brionac～Lugh Lamhfhata～ (originally from Rayark's Cytus), and the reappearance of Ruff, the small dragon-like character who featured in Caliburne's video.
