Vallista is an instrumental composition by 削除 (Sakuzyo) that first emerged from the BMS (Be-Music Source) scene. It was submitted to THE BMS OF FIGHTERS 2011 (BOF2011), where it placed 2nd in the individual score category and 3rd in the individual median category, a result that helped establish Sakuzyo as a prominent figure in the rhythm-game music community. The track was part of his personal team "3ight," which took 1st place in the overall team rankings for the event. The song arrived in maimai with the DX FESTiVAL PLUS update on July 21, 2023, and subsequently rolled out to Asian and Chinese regional versions later that year. Across its four DX charts, the track plays at a consistent 180 BPM, though notably, the original BMS file begins with roughly 20 seconds at a halved 90 BPM, a detail that was not carried over into the maimai port. The Expert and Master charts were designed by みそかつ侍 and Luxizhel respectively, giving each difficulty its own distinct patterning identity. The accompanying video was produced by Mentalstock. Vallista has also appeared in CHUNITHM, GROOVE COASTER, and Arcaea, and an extended version is included on Sakuzyo's album Selentia.
