Musically, The Cursed Doll is a gothic waltz at 131 BPM, carried by a theatrical, minor-key melody and Yura Hatsuki's distinctive vocal delivery. The lyrics adopt the first-person perspective of a sentient bisque doll, a marionette with sapphire eyes and a white lace dress who demands worship ("跪け崇めよ", "Kneel and worship"), speaks of eternal life, and revels in the destruction she brings.
