Released on February 6, 2026, as part of the maimai でらっくす CiRCLE update, the song marks the work of composer, lyricist, and arranger Hikaru Sakurazawa (櫻澤ヒカル), a writer known for providing music to VTuber Hoshimachi Suisei and声優 Inori Minase, among others, and for his unit Amenochi Hare alongside illustrator Nanamiko. Sakurazawa contributed three original tracks to the CiRCLE update: "Slow Glow," "ECHO,," and "Phase: Theatre," all sharing the same composer credit while featuring different vocalists. The song's title, "Slow Glow," evokes a gentle, lingering radiance, a theme mirrored in its poetic flavor text, which reflects on finding beauty in everyday moments, leaving words behind in the hope they reach someone someday, and the conviction of choosing the same path no matter how many times one starts over. The lyrics open with the repeated phrase "スローグロー、ねえー" (Slow glow, hey), questioning how something can shine so beautifully, and unfold into a narrative about admiration, fate, and slow transformation under a dimly lit sky. At 180 BPM, the track balances a driving rhythm with a contemplative, melodic atmosphere, carried by nayuta's airy vocal delivery, piano lines arranged by Sakurazawa himself, and guitar work by Mitsuyo (Takashi Itou).
