Our Wrenally is a maimai original composition by t+pazolite (Tomoyuki Hamada), introduced as the second Challenge Track in maimai MURASAKi on January 24, 2017. Its title is an English phonetic rendering of the Japanese phrase 哀れなり (aware nari, meaning "pitiful" or "woeful"), which appears in calligraphic text on the song's jacket art. The track moves at a deliberate 105 BPM, intentionally halved from the 210 BPM its phrasing suggests, giving it a spacious, languid oriental atmosphere that stands apart from the high-energy style often associated with t+pazolite's rhythm-game output. The music video was produced by Shuto. Though initially locked as a Challenge Track, Our Wrenally became available by default from February 7, 2017 onward. Its Expert chart was designed by rioN, while the Master chart, carrying a notable 999 total notes, was designed by 原田ひろゆき (Harada Hiroyuki). Following the maimai DX era rebalancing, the Master chart was elevated to Level 14+, making it the earliest chart in the series to receive that rating. The song was carried into later maimai DX releases under the "maimai" genre category after having previously been classified under "ORIGINAL & JOYPOLIS" and "ORIGINAL" in earlier versions.
