The title blends "Otohime," "memory," and "utage" (宴, meaning banquet or party), signaling the song's celebratory, festive character. The accompanying music video was produced by yama_ko. Initially locked behind an event course, the オトヒメモリー コース, requiring 14 stamp card clears between July 11 and August 23, 2017, the song became permanently available from August 24 onward.
