The track was produced by the doujin music circle あべにゅうぷろじぇくと (ave;new project) and features the franchise's two heroines, Meguru Amatsuki and Sumire Kisaragi, performed by their voice actresses M・A・O (Mao Ichimichi) and Ai Kayano respectively. Composition and arrangement were handled by Dorechu (どれちゅ), a longtime ave;new affiliate whose other rhythm game credits include the earlier Twin Angel song ラブリー☆えんじぇる!! and, under the alias a.k.a.dRESS, the maimai track true my heart -Lovable mix-. Lyrics were written by Pudding Shiratama. At a driving 238 BPM, the song sits among the faster vocal numbers in the maimai library. The maimai version uses the TV-size edit (roughly 1:30), whereas CHUNITHM features an extended cut of the full-length single released in 2017.
