"Kanbu de Tomatte Sugu Tokeru ~ Kyōki no Udongein" (患部で止まってすぐ溶ける～狂気の優曇華院) is a Touhou Project doujin music arrangement by the circle IOSYS, composed by ARM with lyrics and production by Yoshimi Yuno and vocals by miko. The song is an energetic, humor-laced arrange of Reisen Udongein Inaba's stage boss theme "Invisible Full Moon" from Touhou Eiyashou (Imperishable Night). The title itself is a playful parody of Japanese medicine commercial phrasing, "stops at the affected area and melts quickly", applied to Reisen's title, with "Udongein" drawn from her full name. The sub-title "狂気の優曇華院" (Madness of Udongein) directly ties the track to her narrative role as a manipulator of insanity. The track was added to maimai as part of the GreeN PLUS update on May 15, 2014, and later received DX (でらっくす) charts in the July 11, 2019 update. Its Standard Re:Master chart, introduced on October 6, 2016, was one of the earlier level‑14 offerings in the game's history. All difficulty levels share a notorious rest-point gimmick synced to the song's spoken-line interjection "イージーモードが許されるのは小学生までだよねー！" ("Easy mode is only allowed until elementary school!"), which became a widely recognized meme among players. The original GreeN PLUS era jacket art was replaced during the ORANGE version cycle; that older illustration was later repurposed for the song "オーディエンスを沸かす程度の能力 feat.タイツォン."
