氷滅の135小節 (Hyōmetsu no 135-shōsetsu, "135 Measures of Ice Extinction") is an original composition by 大国奏音 (Kanon Oguni) that joined the maimai song library with the DX PRiSM update on October 25, 2024. It is the second maimai original from this composer, following 封焔の135秒 ("135 Seconds of Sealed Flame") from the DX PLUS era, a connection the titles make explicit. Where the earlier track took fire and time as its motif (封焔, "sealed flame"; 135 seconds), this successor shifts to ice and musical structure (氷滅, "ice extinction"; 135 measures), forming a complementary pair. 大国奏音 is a SEGA Sound Team composer whose identity was confirmed on the official maimai 10th anniversary website as the same person as 華火職人 (Hanabi Shokunin, "fireworks craftsman"), a chart designer known across SEGA's rhythm game lineup. The artist's involvement as both composer and (indirectly through aliases) chart creator makes this track notable within the maimai original catalog. The Master chart, co-designed by BELiZHEL and 7.3GHz (the latter having also worked on 封焔の135秒's Master chart), sits at level 14+ with a constant of 14.8, placing it among the upper tier of PRiSM-era challenges. The Expert chart was handled by サファ太 (Safata). True to the title's numerical motif, the Master chart contains exactly 135 Break notes, a deliberate compositional and charting callback that echoes the 135 Break notes of its predecessor.
